Prayer Prompts for Single Women

As a single woman, you know that the well meaning words of those who say “there is someone out there for you” are wanting to encourge you. Often times, it is assumed that a single christian woman is desperate to marry and start a family, and if this is your story, and you have not seen this come to pass then my heart goes out to you. Perhaps you are single through choice, perhaps you are single through separation or perhaps you have lost a loved one through death.

No matter how you found yourself in singleness, I want to tell you that this book is not going to give you scriptures to reassure you that you will find your ‘other half’. This book is not going to promise you that your spouse is right around the corner. Only God knows that plans He has for you, beautiful one, so I have penned these words to draw you into God’s presence, lift your eyes to meet His gaze and fully fill your body, soul and spirit.

Over these pages, we will look at five prayer points with supporting scriptures to remind you of your worth, your place and your purpose in this world, first and foremost as a daughter of the King.
